By talking to many housekeepers, au pairs, mother’s help, cleaners and carers, we have found out that many of you struggle to find jobs, and then when you do find them, you often find yourself changing jobs. Why is this?

Part of the reason for this is because you are not interviewing properly for the job in the first place. You may not understand what you future employer is looking for in an employee and may find it hard to communicate effectively with your future employer.

Then when you start your job, you may find that you are not fulfilling your employer’s needs, and may find that you are frustrated because you do not understand the job requirements. Often an employer will expect you to know how to manage their home, but you may have gaps in your knowledge and may struggle to fulfil your duties, and manage your time well!

You will learn how to present yourself, what questions to ask, how to answer questions and how to make a good impression!

Then we will help you to find a job, by putting you in touch with agencies that will value your new diploma and help you find a high paying and good position.
